By accessing and using the Forwarder Ecosystem platform (cunship.com), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any terms, please do not use our services.

Forwarder Ecosystem is a platform connecting freight forwarding companies globally. Services include: • Searching and connecting with freight forwarding partners. • Managing orders and shipments. • Requesting and sending quotes. • Direct messaging between partners. • Company and employee management. • Business reports and analytics.

To use the service, you must: • Register an account with accurate and complete information. • Register your company and await administrator approval. • Keep login credentials secure and be responsible for all activity on your account. • Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access.

When using the platform, you agree to: • Provide truthful information about your company and services. • Not use the platform for illegal purposes. • Not send spam or unwanted content. • Respect other partners on the platform. • Comply with international transport and trade laws. • Not attempt unauthorized access to the system.

Forwarder Ecosystem offers multiple service plans with different features: • Free plan: Basic features, limited member count. • Paid plans: Advanced features, priority support, larger team sizes. Pricing and feature details are displayed on the Billing page in the dashboard. Payments are made on a monthly or annual cycle.

All content, design, source code, and branding on the platform belong to Forwarder Ecosystem. You may not: • Copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform. • Use our trademarks or logos without permission. • Extract bulk data from the platform.

Forwarder Ecosystem provides a connection platform and is not responsible for: • Quality of services between transacting parties. • Damages arising from transactions between users. • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. • Data loss beyond our control. The service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service. • Provide false information. • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes. • Fail to make timely payments (for paid plans). You may request account deletion at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation before being brought to a competent court.

We comply with international data protection regulations: • GDPR (EU): You have rights to access, correct, delete, export data, and restrict processing. • CCPA (California, USA): You have rights to know, delete, and opt out of personal data sales. • APPI (Japan): We only use personal information for disclosed purposes.
